Set within CAST, an historic 1897 Passmore Edwards building in the heart of Helston, CAST Café offers delicious, seasonal food alongside warm and welcoming service.

Our location here on the northern end of the Lizard in Cornwall means we’re surrounded by incredible produce. We work closely with a small selection of wonderful people that grow, rear and catch beautiful ingredients that we are privileged to work with.

Serving breakfast and lunch from Wednesday-Saturday, as well as dinner on Saturday evenings, our food is simple, hearty and approachable. Our breakfast menu is short and sweet, featuring a few staple dishes, while our lunch and dinner menus consists of smaller and larger plates that are ideal for sharing (or not!).

For breakfast and lunch we always keep a couple of tables available for walk-ins, on a first come first served basis, though we do encourage bookings to ensure we have a table available for you on the day you plan to dine. For dinner service we take bookings for all of our tables inside, with outside tables available on a first come, first served basis only.

Alongside our dining options, we offer a small range of goods for sale, from our own provisions (including our range of breads) to pantry staples such as wine and olive oil. We bake our bread on Wednesday and Saturday mornings, with pre-orders available online via our shop. Our online shop will soon be updated to include our other provisions also, for collection or delivery.
